Exquisite and rare Erika typewriter with Hebrew keyboard. This is the only Erika with Hebrew letters that I have seen so far. Erika with glass top keys is quite rare on the market, on top of this the Yiddish letters make this typewriter quite the collection piece.
This is the best example of Erika 12 I have ever serviced in my life - the keys are quite light to touch and respond very quickly. Why buy this typewriter:

*TYPEFACE: Uncommon Hebrew letters - 10cpi typeface (10 characters per inch)
*COSMETICS: This typewriter is in very good condition - no crinkle paint damage and very few age signs such as small blemishes and dull paint spots (see pictures for details). Beautiful black color of paint and glass keys. The keys rings have some wear and oxidation spots which is a normal age sign, add to the charm and suggest about the history of this beautiful machine. The chrome plated metal parts look good although it has some wear in the form of tiny, hair-like scratches. These minor cosmetic imperfections are caused by normal use of the machine. Other than this, paint is in great shape with a nice black crinkle finish.
*MECHANICS: As with all our restored typewriters - this one is in good condition. This typewriter's mechanics work incredibly smoothly and all keys are still functional. This typewriter has been disassembled, cleaned, polished and adjusted on feet. The platen, feed rollers and rubber have been treated and chemically cleaned. Bell works like a charm, carriage advances smoothly. All mechanics of this typewriter work 100% smoothly. It has been serviced and as all our machines - it does not need to be serviced again at least for 1 year. Ready to type.
*CASE: The case is in good condition. It has been cleaned and has a lock on the front. The case has some wear from it's age.
*OUR RECOMMENDATION: We recommend this typewriter for medium to regular typing sessions. This model is also friendly for beginners with non complicated, simple mechanics and functions. It also has some nice features like the chrome paper support and a setting to type in black and red.
