Dust covers - excellent
I have two Olympia typewriters, a SM3 and SM4, with these dust cover on, on display and ready to use on the family/dinner table in my living room. “I’m loving it! It’s nice to look at the machines and are an invitation for daydreaming and to let your mind wander. The machines are protected and ready to use, in plain sight. I often write my stories, poems and thoughts on these Olympia’s (and sometimes a shopping list too). A typewriter clearly on display invites the creative minds to start writing and it triggers the curiosity too. My children (20 and 6 years old) write on the typewriters too. It challenges their languages skills and interest in techniques. That’s why I wanted dust covers that are of high quality and are clear to see through.
