3D part installation
This knob is designed to provide a tight fit. You knob comes with instructions on how to install it. Please, note that you must specify which knob you need - left or right. The left knob has a small circular cut for a screw to fit in. The right one does not.

That's the material you wish for, rock solid work, send my compliments to the manufacturer. Cures the Achilles heel of the late 60s 3000s & makes that worst generation of 3000s (with serious design & construction flaws & ****** original plastic parts) quite usable again.
